What this site is

probationdrugtest.com is a Cloudflare-hosted front end. It explains how to order a court-ordered test and sends you to Lab Testing Solutions’ HIPAA-compliant server in a new tab to pay, get a barcode, or view results.

What we do not collect here

Do not type names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, barcode numbers, specimen IDs, or test results on this page or in the on-page chat. That information belongs on the secure order tab.

Cookies and visits

If you start an SMS thread, this site sets a visitor cookie so a later call or text from the same browser can attach to the same contact. Payment and result sessions are first-party cookies on the Lab Testing Solutions domain after you open that tab. We do not proxy that session through Cloudflare.

Chat widget

The on-page assistant answers how-to questions (offices, barcodes, labs). It is not a medical record. Full chat and help portals open in a new tab on LTS hosts.

SMS conversations

Start SMS opens a Twilio Conversation to your mobile number. Message bodies, media, and the full thread are stored in your Twilio account only. Cloudflare keeps CRM pointers: your number, visitor id, Conversation SID, office, last activity, and whether a person should take over. Cloudflare RAG may read the current inbound text in memory to answer how-to questions, then discards it. Do not text names, SSN, barcodes, or results. A person remains 404-919-1288.
